How to Submit a Complaint

- What to Include
- Your full name and contact information
- A clear description of your complaint
- Any relevant documentation
- Your desired outcome
- Any previous attempts to resolve the matter
Our Response Process
Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
Investigation
- A thorough review of your complaint will be conducted by our Complaints Manager
- We may contact you for additional information
- All relevant documents and correspondence will be examined
- We aim to complete our investigation within 15 business days
Resolution
- You will receive a detailed written response addressing your concerns
- Where appropriate, we will propose specific solutions or remedial actions
- If additional time is needed, we will keep you informed of our progress
Alternative Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may:
- Request a review by a senior partner
- Contact the State Bar of Michigan
- Seek independent legal advice
Confidentiality
All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our privacy policy. Information will only be shared with those necessary to investigate and resolve your complaint.
