By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) No legal advice; no attorney–client relationship
The Site provides general information for educational and marketing purposes only; it is not legal advice. Viewing the Site, contacting us through the Site, or scheduling a consult does not create an attorney–client relationship. Do not send confidential information until we confirm in writing that we represent you. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes. Michigan's lawyer-advertising and communications rules (MRPC 7.1–7.3) apply.
3) Educational Tools and Resources
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TOOLS AND CALCULATORS: All tools, calculators, generators, assessments, and similar resources available on this Site ("Tools") are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
NO LEGAL ADVICE: The Tools do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. The results, outputs, or recommendations generated by any Tool are general in nature and may not be appropriate for your specific situation.
NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Your use of any Tool does not create an attorney-client relationship with Acquisition Stars, PLC or any of its attorneys. Information you input into Tools is not protected by attorney-client privilege and may not be confidential.
NO LIABILITY: We expressly disclaim all liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the output of any Tool. You use the Tools at your own risk. For actual legal matters, including business transactions, you must consult with a qualified attorney who can advise you based on your specific circumstances.
PROFESSIONAL ADVICE REQUIRED: Business acquisitions, mergers, and other transactions involve complex legal, financial, and tax considerations. Always seek professional advice from qualified attorneys, accountants, and other advisors before making any business decisions or entering into any agreements.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site. Information on the Site concerns Michigan law unless stated otherwise and may not be appropriate outside Michigan.
4) Accounts, scheduling & communications
When you book a consult or submit a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your inquiry. Marketing texts or calls require express consent; you can opt out at any time. We follow applicable TCPA and FCC rules.
5) Acceptable use

6) Intellectual property; limited license
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, and layout) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.
Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
7) User content & DMCA
If the Site ever allows user-generated content or file uploads, you are responsible for your submissions and you warrant you have rights to post them.
DMCA Notice. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the elements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our DMCA Agent at consult@acquisitionstars.com or by mail to the address in Section 1. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers. We publish DMCA agent contact details on the Site and maintain a current designation with the U.S. Copyright Office to qualify for safe harbor.
8) Third-party services & links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services (for example, Clio for client login and scheduling, or LinkedIn). We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices, and links do not imply endorsement. Use third-party services at your own risk.
9) Testimonials & endorsements
Any testimonials, case studies, or endorsements reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. When we use endorsements, we follow the FTC Endorsement Guides, including disclosure of material connections and typical results when required.
10) Accessibility
We strive to make the Site accessible and follow guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice on web accessibility under the ADA. If you encounter barriers, contact us using the details in Section 1.
11) Electronic communications & signatures (Michigan UETA)
By using the Site or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications in electronic form. 12) Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
13) Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
15) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Firm and its professionals from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
