How do Massachusetts non-compete laws affect business exit & sell-side law transactions?
Restricted under the Massachusetts Noncompetition Agreement Act (effective October 1, 2018). Non-competes are limited to 12 months (or 24 months if the employee breached a fiduciary duty).
